That was almost certainly deliberate, The Register likes to parody tabloids. A quick browse through the current headlines on El Reg gives:-

What Eccles said. If anyone’s failed here it’s whoever thought The Register didn’t write this on purpose.
Does the submitter disagree with the top Research In Motion jobs being too powerful? Is that what the fail is?
Or maybe Bucketheadz really is a bucket head and is too stupid to know that RIM is an acronym for Research In Motion (which is why it is in all caps). So the fail is the submitter.
If only this was the first time Research in Motion made this mistake…
Is RIM.jobs still up? If not, does anyone have pictures?
